Find a Speaker

Lawyers are available to speak on a variety of legal issues of interest to educational, business, civic, professional and social groups. The field of law has well over 100 different subject matter legal topics that can provide a lively, informative discussion for groups. Examples include but are not limited to: rights and responsibilities as an employer/employee, child custody and support, basics of wills and estate planning, planning for retirement, buying, selling or starting a small business, discrimination and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), immigration, zoning and more. 

The Albany County Bar Association is pleased to connect the public to potential attorney speakers. While many attorneys will speak for no charge, we do not handle fee conversations on behalf of either party, nor do we guarantee that a speaker will not charge a fee or honorarium. In your speaker request, please include the type of law that is of particular interest and your event date and time.
