Albany County Matrimonial Center

The Albany County Supreme Court Matrimonial Center is designed to assist low-income and modest means self-represented litigants get limited questions answered in the context of a contested matrimonial action. It is not full representation of the litigant but is limited in scope and is designed for assistance with one question.

The litigant signs a limited scope acknowledgment form that makes the scope of the interaction clear and is then connected with a volunteer attorney.
