Gentle Yoga Class
Join us for a live yoga class, broadcasted via zoom. This very accessible class will focus on breathing, gentle movements, releasing tension/stress and feeling good in your body. You'll be able to speak to the instructor and others before and after the class.
Instructor Janine Murphy has been teaching yoga for 10 years and practicing since 1996 when she took a semester of yoga in undergrad at Smith College. A fan of incorporating all sorts of yoga into her practice and teaching, Janine encourages students to understand the importance of adapting the practice to suit your body and needs. When it comes to yoga, one size does not fit all practices.
This wellness class is open to ACBA members only.
